Meet Leanna, our newest therapist in our Springville office! Originally from Oceanside, California, Leanna earned her Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University and later completed her Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Rocky Mountain University.
Leanna has a passion for helping clients overcome limiting beliefs. She specializes in supporting children, adolescents, and adults using a body-centered, bottom-up approach to healing. She is highly trained in nervous system regulation, polyvagal theory, and mindfulness, along with advanced techniques like EMDR, Brainspotting, EFT Tapping, and more.
When she’s not working with clients, Leanna enjoys spending time with her family, lifting weights, hiking, and getting back into playing the harp!
